30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
How to Request a Return

- We'll review your request and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.
- Once approved, ship the item back using the instructions provided.
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
Cash on Delivery Orders
If you paid on delivery and wish to return an item, your refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit — whichever you prefer.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
